You can rebuild a ministry without funding or an external team.
Jesus stepped into a broken world and built a world-changing ministry without, at first, any established team, reputability or inherited capital. We believe His best work still starts this way.
However, there are methods Jesus used that don’t get taught to pastors.

We train pastors, priests and lay leaders to renew the declined, inherited church.
Our Methodology
We teach a methodology for leading change that is Biblical and grounded in the science of Systemic Renewal.
It is drawn from the example of Francis of Assisi, who was arguably the greatest reformer since Jesus himself.

Our Founder, Heather Cetrangolo, has personally led renewal in ten settings, including parishes, schools and universities. She remains active in this work today.
​
We have trained 123 leaders from 12 nations so far.​​​

Four Days
You will learn this in four days.
At its core, our methodology teaches you how to discern who to work with and where to focus energy – what to stop and what to start.

You will learn this in a four day intensive. We then support you, across a year, as you implement it.
We provide a Renewal Guidebook, video resources and a quarterly online tutorial.
