The Renewal Course
Our introductory course shares the science behind how to succeed at leading change when you feel set up to fail.
Grab a friend, watch the sessions with your team or simply set yourself up on your couch at home. You can work through each session at your own pace. We also provide a Discovery Journal that includes exercises and recommended readings for your journey.
Systemic Renewal is a research methodology that systemically renews that mindset of a system. It does this at the individual (micro), organisational (meso) and societal (macro) levels of experience simultanously.

Apply to be a Fellow
Applications for Semester One 2026 close 7 December.
If you are successful, this program will qualify you to engage formal project-work using our methodology and become a Tutor in our programs. Fellows are invited to participate in monthly Practice Groups with our exceptional change leaders from around the world.
Residency
We host an annual Systemic Renewal Residency at the Caux Palace, Switzerland.
The Systemic Renewal Residency 2025 will be hosted from 10-13 November. A full brochure is available here.

At Caux, you will have the opportunity to:
Receive personalised support in developing renewed strategies for your context;
Practice our evidence-based framework with a global community of Renewalists; and
Take time to rest, explore and enjoy the Palace, Montreaux and have dinner at the award-winning local restaurant Le CouCou.
If you are an executive leader or founder with at least five years of experience in your field, you are eligable to register today! The full cost for meals, accommodation and content is 950 CHF.
