Coming soon to Melbourne
Are you a pastor, missionary or parish priest who longs to see a spiritually, missionally and financially stronger church? Do you serve in a context that is hostile to Christian faith? Are you leading a community that has inherited unhealthy patterns of behaviour or theologies?
Join us for a residency that will offer you the right blend of time to be alone, receive ministry, meet other workers in the vineyard and learn frameworks that will have immediate, practical application when you return to work.

A Case Study:
Renewing Youth and Young Adult Ministries
%20(58).png)
We used the Systemic Renewal methods to assist St Hilary's Anglican Church in Melbourne to reverse declining attendance at youth and young adult ministries.
The community had been experiencing steady decline in attendance for fifteen years, which had reached critical levels.

The Most Significant Change

We discovered that the decline was related to a gradual misalignment of culture and personnel across two decades.

“The most significant change in doing the renewal work with Heather came from undertanding the history and culture, which led to more informed strategies. We now have a clear roadmap and are already seeing the fruits. Working alongside community members from every facet of the 'system' was a highlight for me."
