We worked with the Caux Foundation, as they were facing significant increases in running costs and decreased resources.

This 80 year old peacebuilding organisation was founded by a Christian movement that gradually depleted, leaving the organisation with 75% less donations than when they were founded. The modern organisation is for people of all faiths and none. Our task was to develop new, financially sustainable models for increasing global engagement.

“Going through the Systemic Renewal process helped us clarify and center our work around the core strategies that truly set the organisation apart, particularly our commitment to peacebuilding through residencies. It also revealed how much of our approach was built on long-term habits, highlighting the need to modernize these practices into a cohesive, evidence-based strategy that can carry us forward with confidence."
