A Case Study:
International Student Ministry

Heather used Systemic Renewal across 3 years of working with 6000+  international students at the Trinity College Pathways School.

She started out as a solo chaplain with no team and gradually built a community development portfolio that enhanced student wellbeing and employment outcomes.

“As the team dynamic grew, so did the results of what we were doing together. Team building resulted in deep friendships – which led to community renewal for hundreds of students. The Young Christian Leadership Program unlocked and upgraded the spiritual gifts and leadership skills of the participants."
