Qualifying as a Renewalist
We live in a world that does not recognise or invest in the most needed leaders for our times: those who renew systems by changing hearts and minds.
Our invitation-only program gives participants the daily, weekly and monthly rhythms that we know work to change hearts and minds. Our methods draw from critical and Franciscan pedagogies for systemic change including experiential reflective practice, action research strategies and restorative practice.
The program is highly selective, with a current intake of thirty students per year, divided between two intensive programs in Sri Lanka and Switzerland.
Participants attend a three-day residential, followed by twelve months of online support to action the research methodology within their system. This can happen formally, as part of their organisational strategy, or informally and outside of work.

We work with organisations to train and support their own internal team of Renewalists. This team is then empowered to gather data and engage in problem-solving, resourcing their organisation to effect long-term renewal internally, or within their wider sector.
Partnering with Us
We use our proven action research methodology to crack the hardest barriers to change. Contact us and start a conversation about becoming a partner, to work on long-term, multilateral research projects.
We favour working in the least resourced, most overlooked or forgotten parts of the globe.
Systemic Renewal is a research methodology that seeks to renew the identity of a system,
to achieve social change.
We are proud to be a social enterprise dedicated to supporting leaders in the toughest places. We commit 100% of our profits to programs in the majority world.
