Systemic Renewal?

The Academy of Systemic Renewal identifies and trains ‘Renewalists’: leaders who rebuild structures that are run-down or unsustainable.
Renewalists work in a wide range of sectors, from rebuilding the global financial architecture to addressing vision drift in a department within their organisation. What they have in common, is a calling to humanise what has become unconsciously automated or mechanical.
We envisage a world where Renewalists are recognised, celebrated and successful.

Why Systemic Renewal?
We live in a world that does not recognise or invest in the most needed leaders for our times: those who renew systems by changing hearts and minds.
The reason is that for centuries, people who led Renewal have typically been spiritual leaders. Today, faith leaders are marred by systemic abuse, corruption and a lack of accountability in their practice. As a result, change leadership has been relagated to managers and advocates, who, though important, often don’t have any method for how to change mindsets.
How it Works
Systemic Renewal is an evidence-based approach to rebuilding run -down structures within long-established institutions or sectors.
Our point of difference is that our approach is grounded in both systemic thought and the renewal of identity.
We work from the premise that all systemic change, from mindsets to operations, is being led within a system that already has immeasurable worth, though this may have become forgotten or compromised over time.


Become a Renewalist

Systemic Renewal is a research methodology that systemically renews that mindset of a system. It does this at the individual (micro), organisational (meso) and societal (macro) levels of experience simultanously.
We are proud to be a social enterprise dedicated to supporting leaders in the toughest places. We commit 100% of our profits to programs in the majority world.

We acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the First
Peoples and the Traditional Owners of the unceded lands and waterways on which we work,
live and walk. We acknowledge and pay respect to knowledge holders, living culture and elders
past, present and emerging and commit to ongoing recognition and reconciliation.
